The Situation:

The Northwestern Mutual Tower and Commons Project is a 32-story skyscraper that has significantly reshaped the skyline of Milwaukee. The previous headquarters building was demolished to make room for the new tower and it was completed in 2017.

The Solution:

KMI was hired to complete interior concrete block throughout the lower levels of the building and the interior and exterior stone. Scope of work also included the precast for two new replacement bridges that connected the new building to two of their existing facilities.
